Breeding parakeets is one of the most popular hobbies that many hobbyists are enjoying now. Some people are engaging in this kind of hobby because of the happiness and entertainment that people are gaining. Some hobbyists breed parakeets for business. Breeding parakeets or any kind of pet bird species makes a profitable business. Like me, before, I engage in this business (Breeding Parakeets), I kept bird for happiness and entertainment. Just for fun many people sad… but when I saw the process and potentials that in breeding parakeets or any kind of birds can make and possible to earn money.

I’ll take all the risk and go on and breed different kind’s birds. In the first place it is hard because I have no and totally no knowledge in breeding birds. In the process of breeding there are lots of things that might have to consider. There are lots of risks, problems and pest that I encountered in my years of breeding parakeets. Like, rodent pest. Rodent pest can kill all your bird pets in a single time. So I researched about rodent pest and rodent pest control. There are also diseases that can spread easily in parakeets like fungus, viral and many more.

Breeding parakeets requires a time commitment. Parakeets needs regular visit most especially when they are chicks to feed. Parakeets needs clean and fresh water, fresh fruits and veggies, fresh seeds, they also need food supplements when they are offspring. They suppose to place in a safe and dry place to ensure they safety. Parakeets need to exercise to avoid gaining weight. If they are not exercising they can easily get fat and die. If the parakeets are fat they don’t have possibility to fertile and have babies. You have to know the size of the cages that suits to your pet birds to ensure they safety. They also need bird toys. Parakeets are playing full.
